Ordering
Orders can be placed by e-mail or telephone. Once an order is placed the items are reserved until payment is received.
Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds (£) and can be converted to your currency at http://www.xe.com Postage and packing is £4 for orders up to £100 and £5 for orders over £100.
Payment
The preferred method of payment is by World Pay via the secure server. Payment is also accepted by PayPal or by credit card over the telephone or by email. Please give card numbers, expiry date, card code, address at which card is registered and a telephone number. An additional delivery address can be included if required.
Returned Goods
All goods are fully guaranteed and can be returned for full repayment. Alternatively goods can be exchanged for an alternative choice or credit given.
The only exception to this is where goods have suffered mechanical damaged through use. Please note that parcels should be fully insured for their return as no refunds will be processed until the goods are received.
